Information Literacy Support/Sessions: Support for Your Courses

How Librarians Can Support Your Courses

Librarians can support your course in a variety of ways. Contact your department's liasion librarian to discuss the best approach, and any other ideas you have.

Course-Integrated Library Instruction

Librarians will work with faculty to customize hands-on information literacy sessions to support the research needs of a specific class or assignment. Library Instruction Program Student Learning Outcomes

Research Coaching Appointments

These sessions provide an opportunity for individual or small groups of students to meet with a librarian for help with research, or an instructional technologist for assistance in formatting a document or creating a presentation.

Instructional Video & Research Guides

These resources can be used during class or embedded into your Blackboard course space. In addition, we can create videos and online course guides that meet the needs of your specific assignment.
