General Information

  • Most library Ebook content can be read with JAWS.
  • In general any article or book available in PDF may be downloaded or read aloud in Adobe Acrobat.
  • Screens can be enlarged either with software (Chromebook, ZoomText).
  • eBooks created in HTML are easily accessible using the JAWS reader.

Special Cases

  • Full-text Gale eBooks have the "Listen" feature accessible with each chapter display.
  • ProQuest Ebook Central chapters can be downloaded DRM (Digital Rights Management) free in PDF format and read more easily with JAWS or Adobe Acrobat.
