College Researcher Faculty Guide

How do I add College Researcher to my course?

You and your students should see the College Researcher pop up under My Courses, but to make the navigation easier, you can use this direct link in your assignments (note that you need to be logged in to Brightspace to access it):

How do I grade my students on College Researcher?

 Students will get PDF certificates as they complete each mission. You can create separate assignments for them to submit each mission certificate; or, if they're completing the full adventure, you can ask them to submit just the Inquisitive Explorer Adventure certificate (since they only get that if they finish all three missions).

Here are directions students can use to download PDFs of their certificates:

  • Click your name in the upper-right corner of your screen.
  • Under Awards Showcase, select View My Awards. 
  • Select the appropriate certificate and click Generate Certificate.
