Finding Persistent Links to Article Records in PubMed

PubMed is a freely available database from the National Library of Medicine so no EZproxy prefix needs to be added to the articles that available on this site.

  1. The persistent link to an article record in PubMed is the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) /web address that appears at the top of the browser window. Copy and paste it into your Brightspace course documents or create a web link to the article page. See the Creating Persistent Links to Library Resources in Brightspace Courses page for instructions.
  2. Pubmed records also provides a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) which can be used to link to an article on the Pubmed website.
