About plagiarism and how to avoid it.

What Images Can Be Used

  • With added images your content will look better, but image use can be tricky.
  • You must know that many images in digital form are protected.
  • You can find images in a public domain that have no copyright.
  • Great and free sources of images are the ones with Creative Commons licenses.
  • The most important thing is to give a credit to the original author or owner.

Popular Web Sites to Locate Images

Google Images

ATTENTION: To find copyright-free images in Google Images type your search term, click "Tools" right under the search bar, go to "Usage rights" and select "Creative Commons License." These images are usually free to use, but require credit.
